A note from the founder
Built for people who'd rather play than scroll
I opened Cosmic Battle Nomads in 2019 after years of shoving books off my kitchen table to fit one more army. I wanted a proper room — warm walnut, mustard light, a wall of terrain — where a four-hour game feels like an event, not a favour someone's doing you.
These days we run eleven fully-kitted tables, a paint bar, and a lending library of over 500 board games. Newcomers and veterans share the same space, and our staff will happily teach you a ruleset over a flat white before you commit.

Running ladders across the big skirmish systems with escalation leagues that welcome first-timers as much as ranked players.
Fully licensed café
Proper coffee, craft cans and toasties you can eat mid-turn without ruining anyone's cards. Table service to your board.
Teach-me-anything staff
Never played? Our gamemasters will set up, explain the rules and get you rolling within fifteen minutes — no charge.
